The Well Condos, a 1.4 billion dollar mixed-use and master-planned community in Toronto’s King West Neighbourhood. This ambitious redevelopment of the Globe & Mail building at Front St. and Spadina Ave. is a joint project by RioCan, Woodbourne Capital Management, Tridel, and Allied as a plan to create offices, shops, and residences in the Spadina/Wellington area. This is a new, open and vibrant mixed-use community in downtown Toronto, spreading over seven and a half acres of land. The Well borders Wellington, Spadina and Front Street. The Well will become a gathering place, reflecting the heart and soul of Toronto, inspiring us and improving our quality of life.

Architectural firm Hariri Pontarini will design this project with careful planning to ensure consistency and interconnectivity of the community. All buildings except the 36 storey tower will house retail stores on the first two levels with engineered red brick as the facades. The Well sets the stage for meaningful experiences that draw people from down the street and across the city to live, eat, shop, play and work, in Toronto.
